- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products

- Preferred someone with good IT/Computer literacy- Degree preferred

Must Have
- Ability to show initiative, a positive attitude and be extremely motivated
- Understanding concepts of QA automation
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Vietnamese
- Must be a self- starter and have a passion for Quality Assurance
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Meticulous and diligent attributes
- Good customer focus
- Should be able to use lambdatest or similar QA tools

Ideally- Working with IT team using Jira
