Quality Assurance Executive

● Receive Shipper&039;s requests from Sale&039;s email, notify relevant departments of special requests (if any).
● Develop and suggest improvements to processes/working methods to increase operational efficiency. Raise potential issues and risks with management to improve processes, policies and customer experience.
● Understand performance goals. Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, productivity and performance goals are met.
● Handle all inquiries and complaints via Phone, Email, Social Network, provide prompt solutions and suitable alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Report on the current status of customer services, from which there are plans to improve service quality.
● Know about the functions of internal departments in the company to coordinate to solve arising problems.
● Build daily reports, update data information to track towards operational efficiency.
According to the nature of work and business situation, ready to receive new assignments and tasks from the person directly reporting

● Can communicate in English
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive tools
● Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Strong logical thinking skills.
● Minimum 06 months experience in customer service (email, phone, social media).
● Self- study, careful work and good presentation skills.
● Good communication skills.
