- Create an effective work environment, build a solid work team and maintain high discipline among QC team members so that every member always works according to current standards.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Division and BOD.
- Implement quality management, KPI to support the Production Department in the areas: Safety, 5S, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Kaizen, ...
- Manage and control all existing resources: people, materials, systems, and all QA- QC equipment, supporting the implementation of improvement activities in the QA- QC area to 100% guarantee of the right quality and right quantity of finished products.

Job Requirement
- Good leadership skills, Time Management skills, and problem- solving skills. Advanced planning, problem solving, and decision- making skills.
- Highly compliant with regulations. (Good skills in 7 QC Tools, HORENSO skills, 5S, ISO 9001:2015 …)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Teamwork spirits.
- Gender: Female, Age: 35
- At least 2- 5 years working experiences in relevant industry, in which GMP, 5S, Iso 9001 systems is applied.
- Fluently communication in English. Knowing more Japanese is preferred
- Education: University majoring in Industrial management, Quality management, Chemistry.
