Quality Assurance Manager

End- to- End Quality Oversight:
· Oversee and manage the entire quality control process from from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation..
· Responsible for managing QC personnel and wash technician
· Identify and address quality issues promptly. Investigate the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
· Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all stages of denim production.
· Investigate and address issues related to washing, such as uneven color distribution, excessive fading, or other defects that may arise during the washing process.
Process Development:
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to integrate quality measures seamlessly into production workflows.
· Design and establish effective quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Training and Development:
· Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
· Provide training to internal teams and subcontractors on quality control processes and standards.
Audits and Inspections:
· Perform inspections at key production stages to identify and address potential issues.
· Conduct regular audits of internal operations and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
· Generate regular reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Subcontractors:
· Establish strong working relationships with subcontractors, offering support in implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
· Collaborate on resolving quality issues and improving processes.
Continuous Improvement:
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing lessons learned from quality issues.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.

Strong understanding of denim fabric characteristics and various stages of denim production.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in denim manufacturing.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
