- Lead and manage the QC team in daily inspection activities
- Coordinate with factories on quality improvements
- Implement and monitor AQL standards
- Conduct final inspections before shipment
- Train and supervise QC inspectors
- Ensure proper documentation of all quality control activities
- Issue and follow up on quality reports (R15, R19)
- Verify compliance with brand quality requirements
- Manage and track defect rates and quality metrics
- Verify product quality at all stages (materials, components, in- process, final product)

&039;- Age: 30- 55
- Minimum 7 years of expert experience in footwear quality control;
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field;
- English proficiency sufficient for professional communication, discussion, and reporting with colleagues and management.
- Have the skills, abilities, and qualities necessary to ensure the successful execution of the job descriptions mentioned above.
