Quality Assurance Officer

Perform the internal compliance audit to verify the actions agreed to implement according to approved CAPA
Receive customer’s claim and feedback to CS/customers timely
Join the internal compliance audit team and perform the assigned tasks according to the company’s audit program
Receive the 3rd party audit plan for wood supply and follow up on agreed CAPA
Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis for customer claims and propose containment actions, corrective action, and preventive actions for management’s approval.
Other tasks assigned by QAQC Director
Follow up with relevant departments on status of actions agreed during handover meeting
Plan and perform the regular internal audit for wood supply chain to ensure the compliance to FSC, EUTR
Join and take notes related to quality and technical issues during handover meeting (product development review)
Maintain the customer claim tracker and prepare the monthly claim report
Prepare and complete the handover meeting report and submit to relevant departments for signing off

University Graduation (priority major in Foreign Language (English) or Business Administration )
Minimum of 03 years’ experience in Furniture industry with position in Sales, Customer Service, Quality Assurance
