Role Description
This is a full- time, on- site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist (SOP), based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conducting internal quality audits.
Consolidate lessons learned and work with relevant teams to optimize processes and reduce operational risks.
Review process- related aspects of contracts, procurement, and project dossiers within assigned authority.
Coordinate with departments to develop, review, and issue SOPs, internal regulations, and process documentation.
Monitor process execution, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose process improvement initiatives.
Support internal investigations when required and track corrective actions following process reviews.
Participate in internal process digitalization projects, translating SOPs into system- based workflows.
Standardize, develop, and continuously improve SOPs and operational processes to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks.
Conduct periodic and ad- hoc process reviews to assess SOP compliance and work quality, especially in high- risk areas.
Job Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience in SOP development, process improvement, quality assurance, or operational excellence roles.
Experience in process mapping (e.g., flowcharts, swimlane diagrams).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross- functional environment.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement orientation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience working in organizations with 500+ employees is a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and process documentation tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong process thinking and ability to translate complex operations into clear SOPs.
