Quality Assurance Specialist - Glassia

Glassia is a social enterprise developed by Evergreen Labs that provides water in reusable glass bottles, completely eliminating unnecessary single- use plastic packaging, in order to create local, closed- loop, sustainable bottled water production. Glassia is seeking a reliable and experienced candidate to oversee quality control processes, standards and apply quality assurance to all locations. Quality assurance specialist will monitor the work of the quality control leaders and facility foreman in our refill facilities, oversee the record keeping of the team, and prepare appropriate reports including recommendations for management.

What you will do:
Handle any quality issues professionally and implement corrective and preventive actions
Check equipment and machinery to ensure it is calibrated and operating correctly
Other relevant responsibilities will be discussed at interview
Implement strict quality control processes and procedures at all refill facilities to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained
Prepare relevant quality control documents and procedure relevant for production
Inspect all areas of facilities to ensure conditions will maintain qualify of supplies and materials
Provide training to production teams on quality control and other related topics to maintain high quality standards
Perform on- site quality control audits and submit reports and recommendations for improvement to Management
Analyze daily production reports to assess quality standards at each refill location
Support team during third- party audits from Health departments or other related agencies
Prepare and present monthly reports to Management
Performing quality control inspections and testing with third- party laboratories to maintain quality standards

2- 3 years relevant experience preferred (related beverage production is an advantage)
Bachelor degree in business management, science, engineering or another related field
Reliable, organized & responsible
Strong awareness of basic quality control standards
Ability to problem solve and implement pro- active solutions
Attention to detail
Strong English and Vietnamese language skills
