Reporting
The Quality Assurance reports directly to the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you&039;ll be at the heart of ensuring the quality and reliability of our
products across various platforms. Here&039;s what you&039;ll be doing:

Execute various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing, to identify and document bugs, defects, and usability issues.
Explore and implement best practices, leveraging insights into both internal and external business dynamics to enhance our products and services.
Document and communicate test findings, coverage, and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders, empowering informed decision- making.
Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for Mobile, Web applications, and APIs.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Uphold rigorous quality standards to deliver excellence in our products.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our products meet specified requirements.
Continuously refine QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage testing environments, including user accounts, configurations, and deployments, to maintain optimal functionality.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and experience collaborating within cross- functional teams.
A strong team player mindset, coupled with proactive, self- starting behavior, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
An inclination towards a quality assistance mindset, actively supporting developers in improving product quality rather than solely evaluating the final product.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software testing with a focus on mobile applications (Android and iOS), web applications, and APIs.
Previous hands- on experience in API testing, utilizing available API testing tools such as Postman, SOAPUI
A deep understanding of mobile platforms, including the mobile app development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Problem- solving skills with the ability to approach challenges innovatively and leverage existing solutions.

Pluses:

Experience in scripting, coding, and utilizing automation testing frameworks such as Appium, XCTest, LambdaTest, Webdriver, and Selenium.
Basic understanding of programming and the ability to build applications independently.
Holding an ISTQB certificate.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
