Quality & Compliance Audit Manager

Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of Quality Assurance processes and adherence to COC.

Develop and implement audit schedules, ensuring timely completion of all required audits.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and quality standards.

Analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on audit processes and compliance requirements.

Lead and manage all audit activities for factory compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

Kinh nghiệm đã được chứng minh trong việc kiểm toán nhà máy, tuân thủ COC và Đảm bảo Chất lượng, chẳng hạn như ISCI, Smeta, BSCI, IWAY.
Kinh nghiệm về các nguyên tắc Sản xuất Tinh gọn và phương pháp 5S là một lợi thế đáng kể.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration).

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves international communication and reporting.
