Quality Control Manager

SCOPE OF WORK:

Plan, manage, and implement quality control to ensure product quality, from the inspection of raw materials to the inspection at the final stage.
Train and support employees
Continuously develop products through continuous improvement of core processes to improve quality and efficiency in production.
Inspect, monitor, and prevent quality issues. Manage and coordinate QC activities in the workshop.
Work with external suppliers to ensure the quality of materials from suppliers and ensure smooth production processes.
Resolve quality issues related to raw materials, in- process quality, and product quality. Resolve customer quality complaints.
Analyze statistical data and information to identify areas of weakness and areas that can be improved in the production system. Implement appropriate measures and conduct regular quality reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Assess the current quality system, identify areas for improvement, and build a quality management system (QMS) that is appropriate for the actual context. Implement the QMS within the company and other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

High sense of responsibility, proactive and creative in assigned tasks.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in interior decoration products, jewelry, or mechanical products.
Ability to withstand high work pressure.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Careful, meticulous, and persistent in work.
Skills in analyzing the root cause and developing plans to prevent and correct quality problems.
Flexible problem- solving skills, good at detecting and solving problems.
Good communication skills, English is an advantage.
