Quality and hygiene processes:
- Take responsibility for the quality of goods before export.
- Manage the entire quality of inputs and outputs of products (including processed goods outside).
- Information for purchasing Department, Planning Department, Sales Department on the situation of quality of raw materials and finished products each order to calculate the production plan, additional materials etc., provide schedule information Check the final product for shipment
- Product quality control at the plant, quality control of finished products before shipment and combine with customers to check product quality
- Provide timely action and notify the shift of production to minimize the damage to the company.
- Responsible for reporting to the Deputy General Director in charge of the production of quality goods of every order.
- Deployment and operation of the system BRC, ISO 22000: 2005 for all employees of the QA & QC room
- Organizing, monitoring and sampling as procedures, that prescribed by the company
- Receiving and handling complaints concerning issues of product quality management of customer and supplier. Control inappropriate product follow the instructions of the quality management department.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to find out the cause, set out directions to solve timely, have corrective actions and preventive.
- Reporting, data analysis, and coordinate with relevant departments to find the cause and solution of priority.
- Organization guidance, professional training for departments to control and improve product quality.
- Organize and participate in the discussion on the application and improve the application of quality management system in the company
- Join the meeting on product quality at the factory to work together to find the cause and provide solutions that solve the problems of product quality. At the same time update the standards, procedures, guidelines, new inspection methods.
