As part of our mission to redefine health in Vietnam, we are seeking a detail- oriented Quality Control (QC) Mobile App Tester to join our dynamic team.

As a QC Mobile App Tester, you&039;ll be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and user experience of BeWao&039;s mobile applications. You&039;ll work closely with our development and product teams to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain the highest standards of app performance across different devices and platforms.

Perform manual testing including functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential edge cases and user experience issues
Design and execute comprehensive test cases for new features and existing functionality
Test BeWao&039;s mobile applications thoroughly across iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues
Test app performance across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions
Validate user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are met
Participate in release testing and ensure quality gates are met before app deployment

Technologies & Tools We Use

Testing Tools: Manual testing techniques, device testing labs
Mobile Platforms: iOS, Android
Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams
Bug Tracking: JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools
Development Stack: React Native, TypeScript (understanding beneficial)

We&039;re looking for a meticulous, detail- oriented tester who is passionate about mobile app quality. You should be:

Communicative: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Detail- Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
User- Focused: Understanding of user experience principles and mobile app usability standards
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast- paced startup environment with changing requirements
Tech- Savvy: Familiar with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
Systematic: Ability to create and follow structured test plans and documentation
Experienced: 2+ years of experience in mobile app testing or quality assurance

Automation Testing Experience:
Knowledge of mobile automation testing frameworks such as:
Appium, XCUITest or Espresso
Playwright for end- to- end testing
Detox for React Native applications
Experience with performance testing and mobile app optimization
Basic understanding of programming concepts (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
Knowledge of health and wellness applications or healthcare domain
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
