Quality Control Staff - QMS

Manage and Control QMS Documentation ( Quality management system)

Develop, update, and manage QMS documents.
Manage the storage of records and documents to ensure completeness and easy retrieval when needed.
Collaborate with departments to draft, revise, and approve new documents when changes occur.
Ensure documents and records related to Document Control & record are properly updated, version- controlled, and distributed to relevant departments.

Technology transfer Sheet & Design Review (TTS & DR)

In charge DR process for new products or any changing related to product quality (make plans, monitor, report on DR).
Revise & update TTS when changing.
Work with related Dept. to full fill TTS for new products.

Coordinate with Internal and External Audits

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any non- conformities identified during these audits
Prepare documents and participate in audits conducted by external parties (partners, customers, regulatory agencies, third- party auditors).
Organize and coordinate with QMS audits of internal and external.

Provide Training and Guidance on QMS Procedures

Develop training documents and conduct periodic courses on procedures for related Dept.
Train and guide employees across departments to ensure correct implementation of QMS procedures and policies.

Monitor and manage quality performance indicators

Collect and compile datas related to QMS compliance from departments.
Generate periodic reports on QMS implementation and status.
Analyze issues that arise during implementation and propose improvement measures.

Collaborate with departments to implement and improve QMS – Documents

Participate in projects for enhancing the QMS based on company directives
Support Departments in developing and improving processes to align with QMS requirements.

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, or related fields.

Expertise Skills & Experiences

- Good analysis & observation
- Have experiences in QA/QC for food companies an advantage
- Good in Microsoft office: word, excel
- Experience in QMS control or equivalent quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP).

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical, evaluation, and reporting skills.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Effective communication, training, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
