Quality Control Supervisor/Chemical Material Engineer

• Bonding test, shoe processes making, material bonding investigation
• Ensure chemical material complying with customer standards
• Support to implement and monitor the quality system, process, procedure.
• Execute product trials for new projects to find out the possible issues that may cause problems in mass production and define action plans for improvement.
• Quality in injection production lines supervision
• Quality in mass-production improvement and make correction action

• Bachelor&039;s degree in industrial management or chemical material field
• Computer skills and good communication in English
• Communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in footwear production factory is an advantage
• Knowledge of quality control in plastic injection production and material/PU
• At least 1 years working experience in similar position (Experience in the shoe industry or plastic industry is a plus)
• Problem-solving skills, team working skills
