Quality Engineer

● Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring that all identified issues are tracked and resolved.
● First shipment evaluation.
● Collaborate with production engineering and production guys to identify root cause of defects and drive the resolution.
● Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand product requirements and development comprehensive test plan and strategies.
● Work with customer to handle customer issue and requirement.
● Support regulatory audit from 3rd party
● Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practice and quality standard.

Experience-
● Joint company/supplier product development experience
● At least 3 years quality engineer experience or quality assurance
● Experience working with electronic, mechanical company
Skills/personal qualifications-
●English communication is a must.
● Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
● Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes
● Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals.
● Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas
