Job Description:
Quality Inspectors are responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations for a company to ensure they meet productions standards. Here are some of typical duties a Quality Inspector may have:
Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to manufacturing processes
Establishing quality standards for products a company produces
Performing inspections at random to assess product quality
Rejecting products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality with design team and/or vendor
Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that products meet applicable standards
Checking and/or issuing shop inspection record and site inspection record
Checking and/or issuing shop inspection procedure and site inspection procedure
Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with design team and/or vendor
Using instrument such as micrometer screw gauges and so on to measure products
Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by vendor on vendor’s workshop and construction site

Job Requirement:
- Education background: University (Major: Mechanical and Piping)
- Over 5 years of working experience.
- Gender: Male from 30 to 40
- Skill:
• Good English Communication
• Auto Cad
• Others: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Other referred:
• Experiences in shop inspection and site inspection for steel products such as tank & vessels, piping racks/piping supports, pre-fabrication pipes are preferable.
***Other preferred: Experience in inspection working at factory and/or construction site.
