Quality Laboratory Engineer

Receive samples, make plan and implement testing on FIFO basis.
Initiate Nonconforming Report, rejected samples.
Contact with Head Quarter about developing some new tests.
Ensure that the turnaround time for receiving inspection is done within the goal set by Laboratory quality manager.
Ensure that all urgent parts are inspected promptly and released to stockroom to avoid any line down situation.
Complete the other tasks from Laboratory quality manager.
Preserve and implement 5S for all Lab equipment in good condition to operation.
Ensure that quality assurance Lab daily activities are carried out smoothly.
Make plan and implement the calibration plan of all measuring equipment to ensure all measuring equipment in conformity state.
Do Volume product quality control test (VPQCT) periodically.

English (advantage)
Familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001
2 years working experience of Lab equipment control and preparing sample for reliability test.
University/College Degree.
