Quality Management (AC)

1, Identify and analyze product after- sales quality problems, give feedback to HQ Quality Department, follow and finish the process;
Research product designs and process scheme of competing products in the market, optimize and improve the quality of our products and share it with HQ R＆D department;
4, Develop and implement quality improvement plans for the products;
3, Be responsible for coordinating with the HQ Quality Department to solve product quality problems as well as improve product quality;
Benchmark against competing products to ensure the professionalism and effectiveness of the training.
Under the unified coordination of the overseas branches, be responsible for pre- sales and after- sales technical support and service assurance, as well as corresponding technical and product training;

Bachelor&039;s degree or above in related fields (Refrigeration, HVAC, Machinery, Automation, etc;)
Over 2 years of work experience in R&D, process, quality management, and other positions in the refrigeration industry; familiar with air conditioning products.
Ability to identify problems and risks; strong analytical, organisational, coordination, communication and expression skills.
