Quality Management - Document Control (Fresher)

Complaint Management Control- Complaint Handling of exported products/trading products.- Implement the Compressed Project 2023- Collect & analysis complaint data if required- Communicate with local & global colleagues to refer and get advices to improve the system.
Documentation System Control- Document Upload & Maintaining of IMS documents correctly: Upload, check, remind, print, distribute, recall, filling, disposal documents; Manage/follow- up to ensure that all document is trained before effected.- Do 5S Bdocs system and do 5S Archive Room & Cabinets of QM.- Collection, follow- up actions/data related to Registration processes.- Communicate with local & global colleagues to refer and get advices to improve the system.

Professional competencies- Technical background in Chemical, Electrical, Automatic system...- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent- Good command of English (both written and verbal
