Quality Management System Officer (3 - 5 Year Experience In QMS) SVP Vietnam Co.,Ltd

This person is based at our Vietnam factory and is responsible for quality management system. This role will primarily focus on maintain and improve quality management system and regulatory of factory.
Essential functions and key responsibilities are:
• Organize, store records, related documents.
• Evaluate Validation documentation and procedures to increase efficiency while maintaining regulatory requirements.
• Receive information, handle and monitor corrective actions for non- conformities arising throughout the Company.
• Checking and supervising departments, sections implementing processes, instructions, forms.
• Update documents from departments, sections to review, edit accordingly to ISO 9001/14000.
• Guide departments and divisions to apply the Quality Management System, including: application of processes, work instructions, forms.
• Work cross- functionally with other departments on Quality activities such as reviewing various documents, protocols, qualifications and/or reports related to Quality Management Systems

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
● Good experience in area of production, planning and quality system.
● Strong in ISO 9001/14000, Knowledge in IATF 16949 is preferable
● 3- 5 year experience in QMS
Skills/personal qualifications
● Systematic and logical approach.
● Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes
● Good composing documentation skills.
● English communication is a must.
● Strong at Word and Excel application.
● Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
● Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor degree with Technical background, Industrial Management or related.
