Job title: QMS Leader
Report to: Quality Manager
Scope of work:
• Follow up corrective actions and continue improving the management system throughout the entire organisation
• To support and cultivate a culture of First- time quality and Zero Defects and Continuous improvement
• Take lead to implement, maintain, develop and ensuring the intergirty and efffectiveness of the quality management systems throughout the whole company whilst ensuring that it constantly meets international standards, and is in line with the QM standards of the Gentherm group
Responsibilities
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality system and fulfillment with customer requirements;
• Supervise of product, line and project audit conducted by the Quality Auditor
• Lead, analysis and summary of all internal and external audits result and customer audit result, Following the status of corrective actions of internal and external audits and customer audits make effective check;
• Gentherm Vietnam Quality Lab management
• Supervise of measure equipment management and MSA work by the MSA Engineer
• Lead the process of communicating the importance of effective quality management system and of conforming to the quality management system requirements
• Lead the implementation of Gentherm’s management system according to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & BS/OHSAS 18001 to ensure that the integrity of quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
• Other tasks as assigned
• Supervise of the process for control of Product and Systems Related documents conducted by Document Controller
• To coordinate all processes as defined by Gentherm Process landscape to ensure the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization&039;s process and processes are delivering their intended outputs
• Organize all customers annual system audits and process audit, definition of the corrective actions for deviations and improvement of customer audits with related departments;
• Supervise for all types of audit from QMS member by the QMS Engineer
• Establish and supervise annual audit plan including system audit, process audit, product audit and line audit.

Education: Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering
Experience:
• Proven record of high level of compliance and quality mind set
• Experience in carrying out audits according to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Minimum +05 year in Manufacturing environment; automotive industry is preferred
• At least +03 years experienced in the same position, level, automotive industry is preferred
• Familiar with ISO 17025 and its application

· High level of spoken and written English
· Knowledge of Lean and Six sigma
· High level of problem solving and analytical skills – able to analyze data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and argument.
· Must be methodical
· Emergency Handling ability
· Presentation Skills – able to deliver public speeches to top management with confidence and clarity
· Leadership skills- ability to identify opportunities, objectives and drive team to achieve result
· Personality : Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible

· Team work skills – able work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.
· Excellent computer skills, presentation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Must adopt a practical approach towards work
