Quality Manager

Training, coaching employee, follow Company policy, FS standard,
Consulting for BOD on Quality management during implement & operation.
Arrange all resource relevant to quality dept to ensure quality system operating fluently.
Monitoring and manage activity from RM incoming, PM, each step during processing, WIP, FGs, shipping, testing, sampling, review, validation, calibration, verification effective of quality system.
Internal & external communicating related to quality management system to ensure follow legal & regulation of local and imported country, company quality policy.
Responsible for internal audit, all audit from customer, second party, third party, government. Follow up for CAPA and improvement
Establish, maintain, improvement continuously quality management system.
Solving customer requirement, complaint. Supplier / Vendor management.

Authority:
Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety Management systems are established, implemented, maintained and updated.
Reporting directly to senior management regarding system performance and suitability actions for improvement.
To be entitled to request production stop produce and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.
The Quality Manager will be able to delegate work, motivate a team, and adjust plans as needed to ensure quality goals are met.
Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.
Communicate customer requirements throughout the company.

Experience: 5- 10 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies.
Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or related majors.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
