Quality Planning Engineer

Coordinate and support for customer audit and track the corrective action.
Cooperate with Quality Customer in handling customer complaints.
APQP tracking and reporting per request together with project team.
Customer PPAP follow up from beginning to end according to QA projects matrix.
Requalification test/ Product audit (100%part measurement) as planned.
Follow 8D report action plan and check effectiveness of action before closing customer complaint on SAP system.
Coordinate with Q Segment for quality direction and improvement activities.
Organize 8D report to define rootcause and action plan for customer complaint.
Maintain & update current inspection plan to define the right method to control quality in production lines.
Build up control plan and inspection plan for new projects according to QA projects matrix/
Coordinator for FMEA meeting with coreteam related to control plan/ inspection plan topic.
Support internal and external audit related to quality planning topics.
Customer audit onsite and participate to find root cause analysis of findings from customers.
Support Q Segment in Intercompany complaint and verify action plan.
Quality planning regarding new product types and transferred products.
Escalate to management team especially QA Manager in case action of complaint not in place and not effective.
Take responsibility for quality improvement projects from AP direction.
Process audit & make report for nonconformity case.

Good experience in area of production quality, quality planning and quality system with at least 3 years working experience.
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
Good computer skills especially MS- Office (advanced Excel)
Quality awareness- ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
Knowledge and experience in 5 core tool (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), QC tools, 5S tool and 8D report
Experience in handling customer&039;s complaint, process management
Experience in project management
Bachelor degree- Technical background / Mechanical Engineering is most preferable
Proficient English
Minimum 3 year- working experience in manufacturing, ISO 9001 & IATF16949 system, quality production.
Good communication and reporting skills
ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Internal auditor certificate are required.
Being diligent, careful and honest.
Working time: Mon- Fri (8:00- 16:30)
