Mô tả công việc

Job Summary


- Assure quality plans are followed up by cross checking, frequency/non-frequency audit and do/request corrective actions


- Support to implement trials (for improvement, saving...), projects (new installation in processing, new technology…)


- Support to other process control (packaging)


- Involve in problem solving and implement improvement actions.


Key Responsibilities


1. Assure quality plans/requirements/rules...are followed up and maintained (according to assigned area at processing or production)


- Cross check records/testing results/testing frequency/processing equipment condition/CIP parameters setting/CIP history data…of syrup, water treatment, production operators to ensure comply with CIP matrix and requirements as per defined frequency and then request for corrective action and implement improvement actions to close gaps.


- Conduct testing to double check and confirm testing results from operators (water, syrup, processing, production, QC...). Early alert for deviation with standards cases.


- Reading and understanding Kore/ATR/MECQ/McD requirements, MMIs, local laws and other authorized reference sources then involve in reviewing forms/records/internal requirements/quality plans…and follow up during apply in daily quality control.


- Conduct validation plan for all critical control points/areas of processing system as validation plan.


- Audit GMP on site (Include: Lab, Processing areas, all packaging lines and warehouse...), request for corrective actions, support to initiate and implement improvement actions.


- Involve in internal team for FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP...to do internal and external audit to prove compliance with Kore requirements, local requirements and others.


- Participate SMEs to coach/train for QCs and operators for testing methods/requirements/quality control...


2. Reporting and problem solving


- Collect all testing data from trial runs, make trial/testing…reports as requested (processing area…) => do analysis, provide result, conclusion and proposal actions as well.


- Review data collection in the past, analysis quality trend of all process => propose risks of quality which are foreseen and preventive actions.


- Review complaint data from market, CAP closure, corrective/preventive actions which have been done => evaluate effectiveness of actions => propose high risk area/parameters...which need to be focused or improved.


- Initiate improvement ideas and support QCs to make improvement ideas be done.


3. Support to implement trials (for improvement, saving...), projects (new installation in processing, new technology…)


- Involve in trial conduction, strictly follow up all steps/requirements...which are mentioned in trials/project protocol => make sure all requirements are complied, raise up any deviation and conduct/request corrective actions immediately on line if needed.


4. Check quality of internal transfer product


- Support to check internal transfer FGs to make sure product quality during/after being transported to make sure all requirements are compiled (avoid cross contamination, FGs damaged...)


- Support to control quality for outsourcing co-packer product, ensure compliances with quality plan.


5. Quality testing for sample from outlet: Quality test for outlet sample on time


6. Quality testing for in trade sample: Quality test for in trade sample and report as form


7. Sample management


- Arrange samples as layout


- Check and support for tracing if requested


- Destroy sample as requirement


- Check and record temperature, humidity daily


8. Others task is assigned by Team Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BSc Technical (or equivalent*) (Food technology, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial management...)


- At least 18 months experience in Quality, prefer in FMCG


- Knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO


- Knowledge of quality tools, concepts and methodologies


- Presentation, persuasion and negotiation skill to coaching/training/issue solving/complaint solving


- Team working


- Systemic Thinking.
