Quality Technician

Daily

To Perform random inspections across all stages of production.
Key in quality inspection daily report.
To perform and maintain firmness test data for product.
Prepare the quality form (FOC form, check repair cost).
Prepare spec ID based on daily Production plan for QC inspector.

Weekly

Key in and check Weekly cover stock count report.

Monthly

Key in and check Actual Cover inventory report.

Ad- Hoc

Other responsibilities assigned by Superior.
Carry out product tests for new material/ new product.
Support finding the root cause, recommending corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints or quality problems...
Assist inspects the quality of material and product.
Assist Issue new specs and notice to inspector and related departments.

Qualification/ Education Requirements:

Higher or Intermediate degree

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2- 5 years in a similar technical /quality role.
Experience drafting reports and collating data.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Able to travel to support product complaints.
