Work Time: 24/7, 2 days off per week, arranged by team leaders.

- Đào tạo 1 tháng (đào tạo làm ca hành chính)
- Làm 5 ngày, nghỉ 2 ngày bất kỳ trong tuần
- Không yêu cầu bằng cấp hay chứng chỉ nhưng phải pass tiếng anh khi phỏng vấn và hoàn thành bài test Svar B2 trở lên (Bài test bổ sung trong quá trình training)
- Đóng bảo hiểm ngay khi làm việc chính thức
- Làm ca đêm có phụ cấp 30% LCB
- Thu nhập trung bình: 10 tr- 12tr5
- Không có inbound call thì không được nhận Complexity allowance
- Luân phiên 1- 2 tháng đêm, 1- 2 tháng ngày, đảm bảo số tháng làm đêm ngày bằng nhau
- Thử việc 2 tháng, 100% lương
