[Quận 2 HCM] - Service Engineer - Up To 12M + Phụ Cấp

Position Purpose: Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
** Technical Support
- Establish relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listen carefully to customers&039; concerns and address issues through after- service.
- Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates.
- Conduct training on how to use equipments/machines to customers or how to do operation, maintenance, etc.
- Probe the causes of malfunction to equipments/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution.
- Set up & install equipments/machines from the start until completing the commissioning.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipments/machines.
- Periodically inspect equipments/machines.
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up- to- date on the latest technology and repair options.
Others
- Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate & contact direct- sales partners, distributors.
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department.

- Was born in 2000- 1998
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem- solving skill, fair evaluation of Subordinates.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.

- At least 1 year working in same position.
- Able to do multi- task activities with shifting priorities.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (Business level).
- Have a good business manner and work hard.
- Hometown in Mekong Delta is a plus.
