[Quận 3] Operations Leader (Sea & Air)

• Attend to e- mails promptly and not later than close of business on each day.
• Arrange booking with carrier’s booking team
• Builds and sustains partnerships and collaborations with customers
• Leading and supervising, assign and allocate jobs for the team of operation
• Contact with Carriers, Shipping Lines, Coloaders and Airlines to checking and updating freight rates and related schedules
• Maintain amicable relationships with employees
• Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customer as nominated in timely manner.
• Efforts to identify and solve problems at the right time / Report to Manager
• Follow up and monitor daily shipments

• English language spoken and written
• Bachelor degree
• Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
• professional knowledge of ocean and air operation
• Starting: As soon as possible
• Preferred minimum 5 years of work experience in Logistics/Forwarding (Especially foreign companies)

• Holiday: 12 Days of Annual leave/ Year
• Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance based on full salary
• Lunch 35.000VND/day, Birthday 500.000VND/year, Women day 1.000.000VND/year
