Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner
Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
Process transactions for customers including but not limited to cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, e- banking service.
Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
Work with other customer service officers as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed
Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services to capitalize on the business referral opportunities

Skills for upselling and recommending products
Highly detail- oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
Excellent communication, customer- service, and time- management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage
Good sense of numbers and computer skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
High self- motivated and committed
