Quản Lý Bộ Phận Chất Lượng/ QA Executive

Analyze Quality issues identified by Customers.
Responsible to control and protect company&039;s assets.
To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all times.
To observe and discharging company&039;s quality policy
To assist QA Manager to maintain ISO 9001 and implement ISO 14001.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Department
To conduct departmental meeting with Snr Supervisor, Supervisor, Asst supervisor periodically.
Maintain 5S hygiene in the workplace
To ensure departmental and sectional objective and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly
To always keep the Quality Documentation up to date with the current quality system being practised.
To motivate and guiding subordinate in maintaining high job efficiency.
To ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relevant procedure/ SOP and WI.
Be responsible for preserving company assets
To compile procedures & work instructions for the Quality Documentation.
Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
To serve QA Buyer in Final audit. Communication/negotiation with QA buyer in term of technical information
To continuous seeking improvements on product quality, service quality and time quality.

Graduated from University about B. Sc Degree/ Diploma in quality/ production/ Manufacturing/ Statistical Management or EngineeringAt least 3 years’ experience in garment industry
Able to handle 5 or more buyers

Dynamic strongly & high motivated.
Well disciplined.Good communication
Ability to define issues or problems by identifying elements and root causes, gathering and analyzing relevant data, asking the right questions and developing reasonable solutions.
