Quản Lý Bộ Phận Chất Lượng/ Quality Assurance Executive (Làm Việc Tại Hòa Bình, Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ Hà Nội)

• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Department
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
• To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all times.
• To always keep the Quality Documentation up to date with the current quality system being practised.
• To motivate and guiding subordinate in maintaining high job efficiency.
• Maintain 5S hygiene in the workplace
• Analyze Quality issues identified by Customers.
• To continuous seeking improvements on product quality, service quality and time quality.
• Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
• To implement and manage an effective Quality system.
• To assist QA Manager to maintain ISO 9001 and implement ISO 14001.
• Be responsible for preserving company assets
• Responsible to control and protect company&039;s assets.
• To ensure departmental and sectional objective and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly
• To compile procedures & work instructions for the Quality Documentation.
• Develop & implement appropriate Quality standard. Well process control in term of quality to conform to buyer specifications.
• To serve QA Buyer in Final audit. Communication/negotiation with QA buyer in term of technical information
• To conduct departmental meeting with Snr Supervisor, Supervisor, Asst supervisor periodically.
• To ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relevant procedure/ SOP and WI.
• Absolutely comply with the Company&039;s rules and safety policy
• To observe and discharging company&039;s quality policy
