Responsibilities:
- Make decisions regarding the release of finished products for further distribution;
- Organize and oversee the department&039;s operations;
- Oversee testing of new project sample products (new models, updates to current models);
- Study and address quality complaints from clients and partners.
- Analyze defective product samples returned by customers;
- Organize data collection and maintain statistics on the number of defective products;
- Conduct analysis of the collected data, perform calculations, and maintain control;
- Supervise testing of finished products;
- Monitor production quality;
- Enhance the department&039;s operations based on customer complaints regarding product quality;
- Develop and implement new ideas aimed at improving department efficiency, optimizing task completion time, and reducing costs;
- Monitor changes in standardization and regulatory fields;- Participate in quality audits;
Collaboration with Production:
- Develop and implement new technologies and materials;
- Identify weaknesses in the production process;
- Organize and conduct internal audits to improve product quality and ensure compliance with both internal and international standards.
Client Relations:
- Investigate issues clients encounter with products;
- Develop proposals for addressing the causes of warranty claims.
- Develop and implement technologies to enhance product quality;
- Resolve disputes regarding product quality with clients;
- Analyze and systematize statistics on identified warranty and non- warranty cases;

Familiarity with Incoterms;
Knowledge of import- export processes, customs laws, regulations, and types of goods;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Import- Export, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or relevant fields;
Female, aged 22 or older. Candidates with experience will be given priority;
Proficiency in English is required;
Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
