Prepare and propose store operational plan, lead, and control the implementation

Control preparation of store&039;s operational budget expenditures and inventory level, control implementation and report variances
Manage and control inventory management activities
Manage, coach and review performance of own human resources, enhance skills
Coordinator on merchandising display
Plan, manage, and control retail operations activities in store covering protection of company asset, customer servicing following standard operating procedures
Manage, control, and monitor merchandising activities in store; Liaise with store

Representative grooming
Good sense of fashion and sales person
At least 2 years’ experience in the same position
Minimum diploma or bachelor degree
Good leadership skills
Willing to work at store with shifting hour, weekend, and public holiday
Good communication skill and English
