Production:
Make proposition to complete and improve SOPs, Kitchen Book
Ensure company high hygiene standard by following Kitchen SOPs.
Always be up to date with the Menu of our restaurants.
During rush hours act as front of house staff.
Strictly follow Front of House SOPs and reach the “delivery time per order” KPIs.
Plan on weekly basis the volume of products to be pre- prepared (pasta, dough, sauce, etc..).
Follow receipt cards to ensure the quality and consistency of each dishes delivered.
People:
Report negative behavior to HQ and suggest action plan.
Follow the employee 365 on- boarding checklist.
Escalate down communication from HQ to Unit team members
Responsible of recruiting and building the UNIT team
Managing the planning and shift of the team as per SOPs
Drive by example, be a leader that support the team they need.
Be pro- active and work closely with HR on sourcing and interviewing profile.
Provide evaluation of the team when requested by HQ and support people growth.
Manage conflict between team members to reach our retention target and keep high employee engagement.
Provide training to ensure the team to be able to follow SOPs.
Procurement:
Report maintenance and/or non- food purchase request directly to HQ.
Avoid “out of stock” situation and follow PO process with HQ to ensure constant supply (food, packaging, utilities) for the unit to run smoothly.
Assist on finding suppliers to be sourced locally.
Follow procurement SOPs and tools.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure good rating across all our restaurants of the UNIT to reach 4.8 stars and above.
Provide suggestions for increasing revenue and optimizing the working process for the company
Manage customers complaints received through different channels
Admin:
In case of emergency or blocker, contact the head of operation for support.
Prepare the related documentation for monthly KPIs
Pre- opening: support on administrative task if required to open local unit.
Follow daily inventory check list
Report monthly inventory of the Unit to HQ as per SOPs
Suggest improvement ideas and SOPs optimization.
Pre- opening: assist the Head of Operation and visit location as per technical requirement.
