Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the Leadership Team.
Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
Look for new business opportunities, new projects in assigned locations, and support research, analysis of these business opportunities / projects.
Create & develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Pro- actively seek out new business opportunities in the region and work towards achieving agreed new business targets.
Establish and maintain account relationships and meet sales targets as agreed with BOD.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing.
Taking care of customers and partners to ensure that the cooperation, organization and implementation of training services take place continuously.
Develop, train and manage the business development team: Set standards for business performance, develop, train and manage the business development team.

Excellent English skill
Work location is in Ho Chi Minh City.
Bachelor or Master degree
Detail- oriented and persuasive
Experienced in the same position at least from 3 years, in Educational company is preferred
Excellent organizational and problem- solving skills
Effective communication skills
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
