Team Coordination: Work with the Vietnamese team and negotiate with other teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Leadership: Lead and motivate the development team. Provide feedback, mentoring, and professional development support.

Must Have:
Experience: At least 8 years in project management/team management with a strong technical background.
Leadership Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management practices (budgeting, planning, monitoring, control, quality management, and communication).
Communication: Strong English communication skills are required.
Problem- Solving: Proven ability to solve problems creatively with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge: Previous experience as a technical lead is a plus. Experience in fixed- price projects and working with the US market.
Customer- Focused: Ability to lead discussions related to products/applications/modules/teams.
Methodology Expertise: Proficient in Scrum methodology (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Nice to Have:
Technical Experience: Experience with programming languages and frameworks like React Native, ReactJS, Java Spring, or NodeJS.
Additional Methodologies: Experience with Agile, XP, LEAN, and DevOps.
Scrum Certifications: CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II.
Coaching: Ability to mentor and train less senior colleagues.
Tools: Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
International Experience: International education and/or experience working abroad is a plus.
