Responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating courses and programs.
Organize testing according to the Center’s annual calendar.
Oversee operation of teaching departments, including Teachers, Academic Service Officers and eaching Assistants for the Center.
Share and implement the most effective teaching methods for teachers who teach English as a second language at the Centre.
Counseling and resolving complaints from students and parents. Manages the student to arrange grade level process at the end of each session and makes recommendations to the Director and BODs on disciplinary issues, both student and teaching staff.
Responsible for all academic management of the CVC. The Academic Manager will have oversight of the academic programs in order to maintain the highest standards throughout the Center.
Oversee the reporting of grades, compiles the list of students completing the courses, and provides completion information to relevant departments, as needed.
Establish electronic record- keeping procedures to enable the collection of student data and learning outcomes.
Propose and direct the implementation the department strategy plan based on annual KPIs.
Assign, arrange and schedule classes to teachers, as well as assigns students to class sessions.
Develop a positive and professional leadership team.
Interview and recruit candidates for teachers and teaching assistant; academic service officer according to standards and organizational structure approved by the Board of Directors.
Manage student records, prepares and maintains the electronic master class schedule, schedules final exams, and records student grades for electronic distribution.
Responsible for establishing teachers’ requirements for each of the programs that will be taught at the Centre.
Provide ongoing mentoring and professional development to staffs, teachers and teaching assistants as needed.
Build a work environment that encourages knowledge acquisition, respect differences and develops effective interactive skills for staff.
Manage Academic services department
Ensure the efficient and scientific archiving of student records.
Plan the use of textbooks to order with the purchasing department, manage textbooks to ensure efficient use.
Review and compile written or email notifications before sending to students, parents/guardians.
Control the work of the Academic Services Department, ensure the professional requirements of the students, and teachers.
Customers Services
Develop customer care strategies to ensure the re- registration rate of students at the direct request of the Center Director.
Carry out customer care requests under the direct direction of the Center Director to effectively support CVC&039;s business activities.
When the teaching department receives complaints from parents and students, it is necessary to coordinate with relevant departments to thoroughly resolve them.
Regularly coordinate with the Center Director to conduct customer service quality assessment activities and train and develop professional skills for employees.
Financial Development
Coordinate with Human Resources Department and Director to develop a salary scale and evaluation system (KPIs) for teachers and teaching staff on the basis of ensuring fairness, transparency, accuracy and efficiency.
Business Management
Coordinate with PR- MKT department to carry out marketing and build an annual marketing and admissions plan for the Center.
Other tasks
Perform other tasks proposed by the Center Director and the Board of Directors.
