- Responsible for the archive KPI and ensures budget targets are met.
- Monitor daily operations of station in the specified Area
- Standardize the operation of station in area to meet the NJV standards
- Responsible for ensuring that SOP are implemented.
- Other assignments as and when are required by Head of Expansion
- Make weekly report to overall operation in station and implementation plan next week
- Planning and execution to solve the problem as customer complain , over capacity , lost parcel
- Responsible for all staff in Area including but not limited : Safety , Coaching , Training , Hiring….

Scored skills required:- Professional Skill: Presentation skill, Communication skill, Problem solving.
Work experience: At least 1 to 3-year relevant experience in managing operation.
Education level: College

- Language skill: English at intermediate level
- Computer skill: Proficient skills in MS Office
- Behavioral / Leadership Skill: Integrity and honesty, Ownership, Collaboration, Inspire skill
