KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting periodic performance review for each restaurant employee.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the restaurant outlets, in accordance with hotel standards, maximising profits and minimalizing costs.
Creates a positive and safe atmosphere among Team Members.
Inspect grooming and outfit of team members; rectify any deficiencies.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Ability to work well in stressful & high- pressure situations
• Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Good communication and customer contact skills
