Quản Lý Nhân Sự Giáo Viên Nước Ngoài (Expat Teachers Manager) - Expat/ Vietnamese

I/ Recruiting expat teachers
- Find sources of candidates
- Make recruitment plans, forecast recruitment orders, and keep track of the budget for expat teacher recruitment
- Collect and keep track of recruitment orders from campuses
- Screen applicants’ CVs & Interview candidates
- Demo briefing
- Offer letter signing once candidates pass the demo
- Assign teachers to campuses as per their needs
II/ Handle expat teachers-related issues
- Contract renewal
- Handle disciplinary violations
- Campus transfers
- Resignation/termination
- Exit interview
III/ Work permit – Visa
IV/ Other tasks (including but not limited to)
- Attend teacher-related events and graduation ceremonies when asked
- Manage and supervise staff in following the company’s regulations, work performance and implement HR-benefits
- Participate in academic/professional work when asked by a superior

- Gender: Male/ Female
- Vietnamese or Expat (British, American, Australian, Canadian is preferable)
- Age: >34
- Qualification: BA
- Knowledge of human resource management
- English proficiency: fluent in listenig, speaking, reading, and writing
- Computer: basic level (ability to use WinWord, Excel, Powerpoint)
- >2 years in the related role or in HR Agency Services Company
- Easy going, calm, tenacious
- Able to make plan, supervise plan, and work under pressure
- Good at negotiation skills
