Quản Lý Sản Xuất (Decoration Manager)

Responsible for the effective management of all labeling activities and the optimum utilization of available resources in the production to ensure the attainment of planned production volume of standard quality products at the least possible cost.
Directly handles 50 to 150 production workers and all improvements related to product quality, operator skill, machine utilization and other resources are covered to improve productivity.
Reviews daily, weekly and monthly trends of all key indicators.
Analyze operating deficiencies such as waste & downtime.
Formulates corrective actions in areas that need improvement.
This includes material yields, labor productivity and repairs and maintenance.
Recognized Safety Head on the production floor and manages an aggressive safety improvement effort by sponsoring shift safety team’s application of EHS protocols and involvement in the identification and elimination of unsafe acts and conditions in their work environment.
Reviews with planning schedule regarding maintenance schedules and other concerns regarding operation in deco areaLead to improve production efficiency, labor productivities (NEE and OEE) at Decoration.
Responsible for KPI establishment & monitoringEducation requirement.
Min university graduate in related field or equivalent, preferred in technical / Engineering field
Above 8 years in manufacturing environment, 3 to 5 years experience in a management position preferably in plastics industryPractical hands-on in machine set-up and adjustment

Full knowledge of process of plastics manufacturing
Thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership skills
Good communication capabilities in English (verbal, writing, reading)
