OPERATIONA
Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa, Hydrothermal Garden, Health
Club, Gym and Gallery are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
Ensure all guests and visitors to the premises leave with a pleasant experience.
Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in the premise areas at all times.
Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
Ensure facilities are clean and well maintained at all times.
Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each position within department.
Conduct inspection tours of the premises.
Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter- personal skills.
Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.

Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety,
training and development, and through effective counseling.
Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of policies, procedures, rules and regulations of
