• Synthesize and analyze accounting data, and the effects of tax and accounting policies related to business & investment activities to advise the Board of Directors in corporate governance
• Coordinate with Government agencies, and external audits to ensure correct and timely closing and auditing statements & tax finalization at year- end
• Management of accountants, propose appointment, training, and development of accounting manpower resources. Other duties as assigned.
• Organize to prepare financial statements, and management accounting reports complying with the Vietnam Accounting Standards, laws, and company rules
• Coordinate & instruct QS, PD, and the sales department to prepare the business plan comprising budget, sales target, cash flow forecast, and handover plan of the project annually & full life appropriately with the market & business goals
• Create & improve policies and regulations on the management of financial and accounting activities at the project Company
• Organize and supervise the implementation of the business plan and investment activities of the Company
• Modeling, and evaluating the feasibility and financial efficiency of the project;
• Report and interpret the financial information to shareholders, and investors;
• Determine the capital structure of the project;
• Cooperate with the fundraising team to raise capital for the project;
• Managing the financial and accounting aspects of the project to ensure the project&039;s financial feasibility, managing its capital structure, coordinating fundraising efforts, and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders, maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and contribute to strategic decision- making for the project.
• Set up tax reports, statistics, and tax finalization in accordance with the tax laws"
• Advise the Company&039;s BOM on cost structure, product selling price strategy, cost reduction solutions

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and utilizing financial software and tools.

• At least 5- 6 Years of experience at the same role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate industry.
