Maintain professionalism and effective communication across all departments heads to define product needs and sourcing strategies.
Obtain competitive quotes for major purchases and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and local sourcing.
Provide feedback and support to improve procurement processes and cost controls.
Compliance with Six Senses and IHG systems, purchasing policy service, safety, and hygiene standards including HACCP, ISO, and VIETGAP.
Conduct market visits, monitor trends, and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
Oversee customs, import duties, and government inspections for applicable goods.
Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain up- to- date supplier records. Coordinate logistics from mainland cities for timely delivery of goods.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Product knowledge & Alternatives.
Good English communication.

Knowledge of regional/ province markets & traders.
Teamwork techniques and Can- do attitude.
Three years or more of years in a purchasing department in a managerial role.
Mastering purchasing & inventory systems/software.
Analytical and problem- solving skills.
