We are looking for a Center Manager (CM) who will share with us passion in education and continuous improvement. The CM will be the captain of the team, representing the Apollo leadership team at the center and leading the center&039;s growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage revenue generation & center operations

Address any issues that may arise in relation to students, ensuring their timely resolution and that the appropriate action is taken
Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities
Responsible for the revenue result of the center, including activities to attract new customers and renew current customers.

Customer Experiences Management : Supervise all operations in the center to provide the best experiences for customers.
People management
Ensure business efficiency by optimizing the center&039;s operational efficiency

Manage the Center’s operational compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Continuous training and development of staff members

Strong sales and customer service focus;
Culture match with the Company’s values: Passion, Accountability, Integrity, Innovation, Partnership
Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service
Have experience in a fast growing organization. Prefer working experience in educational organization
At least 3 years experience at management level
Be able to manage and build strong and highly motivated teams
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
