The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager reports to the Club Manager.
This position is responsible for the overall management of the Golf operations department.
The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable handling of Front Desk operation (including golf shop) & golf operation in a managerial capacity.
The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager is responsible for overseeing golf operations to a five star service standard, works with the Club Manager to develop the policies and objectives of the golf shop&039;s programs and implements, administers and maintains those programs.
The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager ensures that the policies and objectives of the company are implemented, administered and maintained and ensures that high standards of quality are maintained and profitability is consistently achieved.

- Teamwork skills and able to work under high pressure.
- Retail experience is advantage.
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good business acumen and full understanding of financial reports and budgetary requirements.
- Strong leadership skills in managing team.
- Good administration skills including writing, making report and presentation skills.
- Vietnamese only
- At leas 02 year experience at Front Office Manager in a four or five star hotels/Resorts or 02 year experience at Golf Operation Manager.- Good communication skill when interacting with others.
