[Quãng Ngãi] Facility Manager (Garment)

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, utility and HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties in compliance with local regulations.
Position: Facility Manager
Descriptions:
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security requirement
• Supervision of gardening/cleaning services
• Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
• Coordinate with the Factory Manager on the implementation of new construction projects
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Execute equipment audits and record- taking
• Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians

Must:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Well- versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Able to understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems
• 3+ years’ experience in facilities management position
• Excellent project management skills
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems

■Working time: Mon- Sat：08:00~17:00

■Working conditions:
・Review salary: 1 time/year (On April anual)
・Social insurance: Full salary (except for optional allowances)
・Provide accommodation allowance for those who are not Quang Ngai residents.
・Probation time: 100% of salary
・13th month salary

■Salary: 30- 35 mil VND gross
