[Quảng Ngãi] QA Manager (Garment)

- Conduct Quality management and AQL finished goods inspections correctly and thoroughly and implement the Product Safety and Label Policies.
- Make use of Root Cause Analysis when managing investigations into quality complaints and secure corrective actions.
- Manage input quality: raw material inspection, color matching and testing facilities to ensure that only compliant raw material is used in production.
- Ensure that the customers’ quality requirements are met and satisfied.
- Ensure that the quality targets as established are known by all concerned and achieved.
- Control inspections in- line & ensure manufacturing is compliance with the Items Deion are interpreted and actioned correctly by production supervisors and operators as well as those responsible for quality inspections.
- Use quality data to correct quality problems and that the resources of the quality team are used in the areas of most need. Decision maker with quality issues.
- Lead the team and conduct needed training to inspectors/ staffs
- Set up, manage and maintain the quality standards/manual and requirements as laid out in the respective through Quality Assurance and Control processes.
- Assure the quality of raw material used as well as manufacturing quality from in- line inspection processes to the final assurance of finished goods shipments through AQL inspections.

- Scientific and logical method to resolve problems
- University degree majoring in garment technology is preferred.
- Good teamwork spirit and independent, decisive maker
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
- 3 years of working experience in the same position in the garment field
- Good command of English
- Leadership, coaching skills, and willingness to give advices when needed.

■Working time: Mon- Sat：08:00~17:00

■Working conditions:
・Social insurance: Full salary (except for optional allowances)
・13th month salary
・Probation time: 100% of salary
・Review salary: 1 time/year (On April anual)
・Provide accommodation allowance for those who are not Quang Ngai residents.

■Salary: 30- 35 mil VND gross
