Product Quality

Daily review: Blasted limestone, quantity stocks at the Explosive magazie, quarry situation, blasthole sample.
Weekly review process control date
Ensuring that all quality parameters set by Laboratory Department are achieved Feedback to staff quality issues.

Production

Make sure all the operation of the department as a schedule.
Demonstrate that safety management and housekeeping quallity is part of day- to- day activities.
Update maps frequently ensure the map matchs the terrain of mountains.
Take responsibility and accountability for my works that make plans and surveys for Quarry department.

Budget and Cost Control

Implement monthly/ quarterly operating budget review for updating coming year operation budget plan.
Establish data recording system as blasting plan, weekly & monthly plan for updating production plan.

Communications

Establish Network in and out to enhance the development.
Establish appropriate meetings reports, log sheets and ensure all relevant information are communicated sufficiently.

Staff development

Demonstrate that staff are committed to developing a culture of Strength Performance and Passion
Apply available tools effectively as, ISO, Dialog, Eve- training program…
Implement on- job training, technical workshops.
Implement appropriate staff training and development plans.

Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full- time job in June 2024)
GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
Proactive, fast learner, result- driven, focus on individual and career development
Majors: Mining engineer
English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)

Working location:

Insee Factory in Kien Giang (Hon Chong – Kien Luong)
